How does it work?
Individual coaching is one of the most effective tools for personal, professional and creative growth. One-on-one coaching is completely adapted to your needs, moves at your pace, and supports you in achieving your intentional goals.
Coaching begins with a foundation session, afterwards, clients usually continue with 2-4 sessions per month, depending on their requirements and preferences. Sessions take place via Zoom.
Coaching includes:
- 90-minute foundation session
- 60-minute coaching sessions
- A safe and confidential space, focused on you
- My materials, which include readings on coaching-related concepts, tools for more self-awareness, guided meditations and writing exercises
- Action steps to take each week between sessions, based on the learnings and discoveries from the previous session
- Email or WhatsApp support as needed between sessions
There’s a natural cycle to coaching, and for most clients, this cycle ends after 3–12 months of coaching. It’s when they are on a clear path to achieving their goals, have successfully overcome their blocks and obstacles, and have stepped more into their power. Some clients choose to have ongoing coaching sessions in order to be supported as they navigate transformation and change over the long term. You’ll know what feels right to you and to your specific situation.
