My Story
I was born and raised in the Austrian Alps, but my curiosity for different cultures led me to explore the world: I have worked and studied in New York, Argentina, Spain, Canada, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Over 16 years ago, I followed my heart and moved to Mexico, where I initially continued to work as a marketing manager in an international company. I took the leap into self-employment in 2008 – in the middle of the global economic crisis, in a foreign language, a new culture and with a missing social network.
Nevertheless, I was able to build my brand and web design agency, supporting many different clients from a variety of industries with their business growth.
After a while, however, I found out that…
In some cases the best strategies, the most comprehensive business know-how and the most attractive website did not help them to grow their business. Why? Because many entrepreneurs (especially the more quiet, sensitive and creative), were unable to deal with their fears around self-promotion and visibility. Instead of taking action they were stuck because of their inner critics and creative blocks.
And that’s how I got into coaching…
It was painful for me to see how many highly talented clients were not using their gifts and potential because they were standing in their own way. At the same time, I was also personally struggling with blocks and fears of visibility that were preventing me from moving my business forward. That’s why I became more and more interested in what I could do about it, read countless books and completed various coaching courses and certifications.
Today, in my business coaching & mentoring, I combine my knowledge and experience from the fields of business, personal development and creativity to help my clients create an authentic business (and life) that brings joy, fulfillment and sustainable success.
